There is nothing you could do honestly It's not like you could add fees after doing the transaction or anything , It's medium priority and it will stay this way until it gets confirmed .
As you can see , the Priority is medium and it will take more take to get confirmations because you paid fees lower then the one recommended , next time you should pay what is necessary

I am in fact receiving this payment but the buyer has send the transaction with low fee. I had an experience in the past that the fund has been sent back, what do you think about this time?

Sorry, but no one will do that for you. There are some ways that you can get it confirmed though.

Option 1:
Close your client and wait for several days for the transaction to be "forgotten" by the network and then send it again. If you use Bitcoin core, you can delete the transaction from your wallet using either the zapwallettxs command or pywallet.

Option 2:
Attempt a CPFP transaction. If one of the outputs of that transaction is to an address you control, send another transaction that spends those coins from the output and include a larger fee. That fee should be paying for both this new transaction and the current unconfirmed transaction. Broadcast the transaction to the network and directly to Eligius (the only mining pool that does CPFP so far) through their pushtx portal.

Hmm , If I were you I'd take caution because this could be an attempt to scam .
And yes you are right , Bitcoins could go back to the owner after few days if it dosen't get any confirmations at all . I'd recommend you to wait more time and see if it get confirmations or not but I'am not sure if it's the case for Medium priority or not . Read more about BTC fees here : http://bitcoinfees.com/
