Neteller afaik has a bitcoin deposit option, why don't you deposit directly into your account? They charge a little fee but I imagine it would be less then what you'll have to pay for the escrow/exchange and it would be the safest since I am sure you will not scam yourself.

Depends on what he wants to do with the funds, if you top the account up with BTC you can't use it on your Net+ card or withdraw it from an ATM. There is also a 5% and I am selling at Preev Smiley
