My company purchased 3 UranusMiner from HashCoin. We received the order confirmation and a regular invoice last July. The delivery was scheduled August/September. On the 15th of September they reported an issue regarding chip licenses without letting us know a specific delivery date. We have been waiting for two months now and it seems impossible to speak with someone in charge in the orders/shipping department. Anyone in the same situation? Is it possible to ask for a refund? If you have received this products what do you think about their quality?

Thanks in advance

Somebody had received order confirmation back in March/April.  Suffice to say that it was one excuse after another with stalling tactics and, so far, nothing delivered.  General opinion is that they've been exhibiting scammy behavior.

HI Industrial,
I'm so sorry to hear that  Angry ... I was near to place an order of 5 or 6 Uranus.
Fortunately (for me) I have found your post few minutes before!

Let us know if something change.

Thanks!

Buyers beware! Always do a search for a topic first before starting a new thread on a previous one.  It has been covered for months in the above topic link.
Don't confuse new posters to possible scams.
