Did anyone buy factoids during the Koinify factoid sale?

Purchased factoids through Koinify a few months back.  Had a balance of factoids but as of today Koinify shows my factoid balance is zero.  Did my factoids get stolen???  I mean I did not know of any ways to transfer my balance off of Koinify so i thought my factoids are safe.  Anybody have this issue but me?  I am bumped out!  Maybe the factom genesis block took it and it's available but not showing on my Koinify account?  ehhhh..

You don't actually transfer them off.  The 12 words are a way to store a private key.  you can use the keymaker (from factom) to get that key or if you install the factom binary installs, you can import the key into your wallet.

By importing your key, you have access to your factoids.  Koinify doesn't 'have' your factoid, just the key
