Selling limited Paypal Account, after 180 days ready to withdraw funds

I have limited paypal account limited for more than 180 days ago, its a Canadian Paypal account with $ 281.15 CAD. I have already received the email from Paypal declaring that money can be withdrawn by US or Canadian bank account. I do not own a canadian or US bank at the moment.

I want to sell my account for cheap, i only have my personal paypal limited account for sale.

Why don`t you just wait for 180 days and withdraw the funds?
Or maybe the paypal you are selling is blocked forever?

It's a strong risk take a frozen account.... also you are a newbie (no trust here only 1 message this topic!)
how we can know if there are some charge back pending or other issues?

Why don`t you just wait for 180 days and withdraw the funds?
Or maybe the paypal you are selling is blocked forever?

My account was limited on March 2013, obviously 180 days already passed and it's ready to withdraw funds to a bank. The only problem is that i don't own a Canadian or US bank account.

So it can be stelaed account too. Post some proofs that you got it etc. And you can easily withdraw to credit card (visa) that money.

I'm not a newbie here, if you see my profile you can tell i registered back on 2013 and i've been watching this forum since then. My account was limited back in 2013 so there's definitely not a chargeback pending, i just don't own a Canadian or US bank account at the moment to withdraw the funds.

It's not, i got limited on 4 apr 2013 because i tried to link my mom's credit card to my account but they rejected as it wasn't on my name as you can see on the screens. Proofs added
