I run it ~7 days on 600-produces 4837gh (see image)
at 606 it produces 4885gh (tested for 2 days)
at 612 it produces ~>4900gh (tested for 12 hr only)
All at 30C ambient. Can it go higher at lower temp-this is for you to find out.
Error stays low at 0.007% at 600
Price: minimal bid is 7.9 BTC, shipped to US FEDEX ground/Home. Can send it to canada, but you'll have to pay shipping. same if you want faster methods of shipment.

The alternative for you is 7.2 BTC shipped from Bitmain (add ~0.2 BTC for shipping), shipping as late as Nov 5, arriving at Nov 8, fully 1 mo later (could be three weeks) with guaranteed speed of 4860+/-GH. if it is a -, then you still could get a 4620GH machine, which still be within spec. S7 would produce ~0.84-1.2 BTC during this waiting period.
