I think you should move this thread to Digital goods section as there will be the appropriate place for it :

Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Digital goods
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0

Have you considered Bitpay already?

I've used Payivy and it works very well. It might depend on the type of thing you're selling. That's more of a digital goods thing as far as I could tell.

Try posting it in the Digital Goods section of the forum? The above services are great for merchants and buyers alike, but I don't think it would gain attention in there (or even in here, honestly). Btw, may I know what e-book are you trying to sell?

I think this is better left to 3rd parties that specialize in it.   It just would be a lot of work to get it going initially and the tracking, etc.

You could make a picture of a button that links to the 3rd party site.   So essentially you could have a buy it now button now if you wanted using things already out there.

Cryptothrift is a one good place to sell that kind of stuffs. You'll probaby gain more attention there than those like payivy or something else. Alternatively you can sell it manually in crowded forums with marketplaces, just make a sale thread - that's what I can suggest.
