I have invested some bitcoins there and was getting instant cashout, but since 04th october 2015 it stopped to withdraw instantly. the site only insert the withdraw as request on hold, i openned two tickets but no replies .. of course more one SCAM

No offense OP but are you sure you know where you are putting your coins in? Perfecthash is not a legitimate investment company like they claimed. They are an obvious ponzi/hyip. You should've known well enough where your coins will go if you invest in such ponzi.
