Hi.I  made a 19 BTC transaction to BTC-E and it says seen by 3 peers but is not getting any confirmations.almost 30 mins have passed and I am starting to get worried.is this normal ?
Why is it taking so long ?

I understand that 19BTC is a big amount and I'd be impatient too, however, you should know that bitcoin is not fast at all.
I'd get worried only after 1h.
