BlockChain Wallet - Unconfirmed Transaction & Quick Send Problem

I just received some bitcoins for the first time on BlockChain, I want to send them to someone else now but it won't let me as its saying unconfirmed transaction.

How do I confirm it or do I need to wait it out?

Need some help.

It says my balance on the wallet is:
5 BTC / $53.27

I now want to send these 5 Bitcoins to my other wallet.

I typed in "5 BTC" and it automatically changes the figure to this:

4.7943 Bitcoins / $53.27.

I am using quick send where it says 0 fees.

Why is it taking 0.2~ bitcoins from me?
