Help Promoting And Directing Traffic To Bitcoin Compliance Website

Hey guys,

My friend has a small company that basically helps sellers and traders of Bitcoin become a registered and compliant Money Service Business in the U.S. He basically offers step by step guidelines and walk through policies that help you develop your own AML/BSA policy, as well as becoming a registered Money Service Business. I'm trying to help him out to get more traffic directed to his website and also spread the word. If anyone has some suggestions that could help him and myself out I would appreciate it. Ideally, we don't want to go through google ads to do this, but any suggestions, tips, and ideas would be greatly appreciated. This is the website below thats still being worked on.

Hello, I do not why you do not want to use google ads but you have the options to use link building, forum posting techniques, also you have to enrich your SEO in the website.

I would have no problem sending some traffic to that site from my affiliate account on a large TE site, but the main issue that concerns me is that this is the first time
that i have heard of them, and in bitcoin business, building up trust is one of the most important ones. I'm afraid i may end up helping a dishonest service..
btw that coinbase referral link doesn't help you with your image - serious bussines should not have whole sub page just for low paying referral deal imho.
