Not to discourage or anything but I think the project will not be successful. Fiat is one thing, but this scheme with bitcoins? I don't think so.

Btw, if you are looking for a developer team look at the service section. There are lots there who is offering their service. But be more specific to what kind of coding you need to be done. You can edit your OP to make things more clearer for everyone to notice.
