Take a look at Mark's Facebook. On October 16th he posted image proof of his possession of a bitcoin ATM ready for rebranding to BANX.

They've already been advertising that they have a Bitcoin ATM operational through their BanxATM corporation. 

According to the BanxShares prospectus, I think it was 15% of all IPO funds that were supposed to be continually invested in BanxATM.  Based on their market figures, they should have already spent over $100,000 on the ATM business.

On October 16th Mark Lyford says that they've acquired their first ATM.

Therefore, BanxATM.com has been lying for months by saying that they already have 1 ATM in operation.

Oh, I get it.  It says there is one ATM already in Birmingham, but it doesn't specifically say that the ATM is owned by Banx.  It just says there's one in Birmingham.

In all honesty I don't see the revenue potential for this. 
Why invest in ATMS?  The banks already provide that service and competing with them seems more than silly.

You can use the traditional bank ATM network.  To put cash in and pull cash out.  That is unless Birmingham has some massive 'unbanked' population?

The service needed is the brokerage.  And last I checked localbitcoins has a fair business model of how to do that.
