I have some web design skills and can code in PHP, SQL, XML, CSS, HTML, JSON, Javascript, etc.
Dreamweaver, wordpress, Joombla, Drupal, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Maya (not Blender), etc.

I would like to build some websites to expand my portfolio.
I can register your domain for you at cost, or you can bring your own.
I do not charge for domain transfers unless your domain provider has a fee, please cover that.
I can work with your hosting, VPN, cPanel, Parallels, or dedicated server.  Honestly most people use a shared server.
I can host your website for you, or work with your host.
I can add SEO keywords, set up google, bing, yahoo sitemaps for improved indexing.
I can speed up your page load time by correcting your graphics, adding cacheing, and removing unnecessary code.

While I can provide hosting, my main offer is coding and designing your website.
If all you need is a wordpress website, I can provide wordpress and hosting for $10 per year.  Cheaper than godaddy.

Escrow accepted!  Please select an escrow with an automated website.  This forum crashes a lot and I would never trust someone offering "free" escrow unless the amount is under $20 USD.  For all real transactions I prefer to use a real escrow with an automated web based service so that we can close the deal without waiting for a 3rd party to come online and check board messages.

Does a page include a back-end? lol... I mean, you most likely won't code all the back-end necessary for say a casino website if they "want" it to be just one page.

So if I must clarify I could say that a .php file counts as a page/file, but then you can ask that all coding be done within a single php file.  So lets keep it within reason.  Complex jobs almost always have to be custom quoted one way or another.  A jerk could also create one page with multiple includes(), .css, .js, and other external reference files for next to no reason.
That would be bullshit if some programmer pulled that move and wanted to bill for it.  I am not going to do that, and I wouldn't allow some casino guy to ask me to build an entire casino for $10 and call it "one page."

That is a rough estimate for the lay person who isn't trying to pull a fast one.

You never told me what you wanted, you just asked if I accepted Escrow, I said yes.
How do you twist my invitation to use an escrow website of your choice, or a hero member that accepts compensation as a suggestion NOT to use escrow?  1.9% fees are to scare away the use of an escrow?  Get real!
