I think you have to look for bots. Here - on bitcointalk, are people who want to sell something like that. But i suspect that bot like this is working very short time. Each major site should quickly detect something like that and ban. But it always is some solution

I wonder why they would ban bots... The faster the bets come, the more bets will be place, the more money the site owner will make. I'm not questioning the fact that they will sooner or later ban bots, i just wonder if they tought it all the way trough.
Offcourse, you would have to make sure your servers can handle the load... But i find it strange site owners wouldn't see this hardware cost as a proper investment...
I don't think there is a bot that could fool any of the websites, but there are people who argue that it can. For sure there will be others who believe them, and this may cause difficulties in the operation of such sites. If I was the owner of dice site I would prefer to remove this type of project than let them romp on my side. It's just my, relative opinion
