I am new on this mining stuff, can anybody enlighten me, how many minutes, hours days is needed to get 1 Bitcoin and how much energy need to b be spent?

You should give us some more details.

What hardware you have, for example.
All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

Time depends on hardware's hashing power and current difficulty, if you solo mine.
