Bit-X, one of the world’s leading Bitcoin debit card providers, recently announced a new line of cards to improve the overall user experience.  Up until now, the original Bit-X Bitcoin debit card was a TravelCard, and came only in black, with the embossed cardholder name being Bit-X.  That lack of variety has now changed with the company now offering a total of eight different cards to choose from.

They do have a nice range of cards but personally think that they are over complicating things with all these cards and the different fees and limits for each card.

If one looks through the list one would find that you do not really have a choice but to go for the top card namely the Named White card. It's the only one which makes sense in regards to the fee structure. All the other cards carry heavy fees which would make it far cheaper to just cash out your bitcoin and use fiat.

The Named White card however does not come cheap which is its downfall in my opinion. $100 just for the card plus another $50 odd for shipping is a bit crazy especially considering that Xapo asks $20 for their card and $50 odd shipping (DHL). A fifth of the price yet with the same functionality and also with no limits on the card.

I currently have a bit-X card and was contemplating ordering the White Card but have now decided against it due to the high initial cost. It's just not worth it. Ordered two Xapo cards instead.
