Spoke to him about building websites. Kind of clocked he was a scammer.
He would not discuss how he was going to build/program the website as then I would take his ideas to another programmer. lol.

...why isn't he banned? An in-site rep system wouldn't hurt as well. I think you meant why he didn't get tagged as a scammer.. trolls get banned, scammers don't. |
