It's been 12 hours still waiting on BitInstant moneygram deposit

I deposited through moneygram around 7pm on 11/7 and bitcoins didn't show up yet. I already emailed Bitinstant support but still have no response. It was ZipZap to bitcoin address and I got an email from Zipzap confirming the transaction.

But isn't it supposed to take about an hour or so? I checked-the transaction is not on blockchain yet.

I've been having the exact same problem: made a deposit nearly 48 hours ago, and no funds sent despite email confirmations from both Zip Zap and Bitinstant. My advice? Wait just a bit longer, or PM Charlie/Yankee (looks like he's fairly active here). This has likely happened to other clients before, and I'm sure the issue will be resolved once someone has the time to look into it.
