Hello all.
A friend of mine have three KnC Neptune cubes plus a controller. After a power outage the system did not start mining.
I've connected the cubes to port number 3, 4 and 5 and open the web page.
There is no info in the Status page, neither in the Advanced one.
Edit: After 5 minutes the HW Status shows no asic slots on. All of them are off.
I've used putty to connect to the ssh server and ran "ps".

Can someone help me to investigate this problem?
How can I see from the linux system if the cubes are still working?
Edit: After 5 minutes the Advanced page has an error message "Fetch advanced configuration/status failed"
