Well, BTC Guild servers have been off for a long time.
As for slush's pool, you should have a better time mining.
Based on the picture, your mining rig looks ok (aside from the cooling which looks sub par).
Do you have an account on bitcoin.cz and if yes do the workers and password match? (password isn't necesarry btw, you can put literally anything on the field).

ok fixed the cooling , wink wink... and i do have a account at bitminter & bitcoin.cz .. Now I haven't changed anything on the pi with putty, any changes have been done on the web gui. my pool config is enabled yes pool address stratum+tcp://us-east.stratum.bitcoin.cz port 3333 and worker & password.... also port 3333 has been opened on my firewall for my pi's ip.
