thougts?

Well, they're an inherently corrupt cohort aren't they.

  • Convicted child pornographer (Brock Pierce)
  • Former bankers with ties to pay-day lenders, Coinbase and PayPal (Meyer "Mickey" Malka)
  • Freemason as Foundation chairman (Bruce Fenton)
  • Fundamentalist Christians (Elizabeth Ploshay)
  • Bitcoin terrorist (Gavin Andresen)

They're a real class act, who could have predicted that they would be spending money that doesn't belong to them on frivolous (and possibly fraudulent) travel expenses.

Complete lies.  Ploshay is a Jew.

Nobody listens to them for quite a long time and obviously they didn't spent that much on tickets... These guys are a real disgrace. They should simply put their heads under the sand and dissolve the Foundation without further issues like these. Their maths is utter chaos.

The funniest part in the board minutes are the blackend words....

Quote
Brock says if we are looking for someone who would cover all the operating costs with some sort of profit share, he may have a few ideas. He can have a conversation with the Inside Bitcoin people, if that’s something we want to  pursue.

"Inside Bitcoins" gets a totally new meaning if Brock says this *scnr*

This is outraging. Can you believe how happy the average hard working Bitcoiner would be to even own 10 BTC? Most people here will not be able to reach that amount, but these guys spend 31 in some first class plane tickets.. what the hell man.

Who the fuck gives this guys money?

Its voluntary donations right? If you guys are so dumb to give them money they you obviously get what you wanted.

They are not the first corrupt institution out there, nor the last.

Some Bitcoiners warned people about the Bitcoin Foundation early on, but hundreds of people joined, each giving at least a few BTC (some as much as 25 BTC for lifetime membership). That happened before and during the 2013 price spikes, so TBF became fabulously wealthy very quickly.
