Would it be possible to provide legitimate scholarships through BTC funding?

Could bitcoin scholarships qualify for tax-write offs for company/organization offering the scholarship ?

Don't know how absurd of an idea this may be; but as a college student, I'd gladly write an essay for college funds! haha
