Bitfinex, coinbase and localbitcoins.

You got some big names here and their userbase is large. With other words, it is quite safe to trade there.

i think coinbase,so many review give coinbase A+
Each Bitcoin exchange review is its own separate page! I have sorted them alphabetically by the letter grade I assigned them–click the links for a full page about each exchange, with details on their fee structure, referral deals, volume, currency pairs, location of incorporation, and more!
