days that is required before being able to redeem coins.
YoBit is generous to distribute altcoins at their exchange. How often do YoBit distribute high value coins. From what I have seen at the free coins section, most of the altcoins have very little value and it would be better to click on bitcoin faucets instead.
They do distribute higher value coins from time to time. Couple of months back they had 100 Ratecoins per 24h available, this distribution had a decent value. I believe there might be coins similar to Dropcoin distributed in the near future on YoBit that's why it might be wise to create an account there just in case.
