Coinsecure & unocoin delayed account verification

I created my account on both unocoin & coinsecure on 13 Nov but they have not activated my account till now.
Don't know whats problem with them.
I also mailed them but still my account has not been activated.

I did speak to the compliance team and they had actioned your kyc on the same day.
Do check your account initialization status to see whether it was completed or not.
You should have received some mails as well about it.

Unless I know your user ID I won't be able to see its status. Also we are lagging behind by 4-5 days in verification due to continuous holidays and abnormal number of user registrations since start of November. We will be able to catch up by with in this week.
