So I've got some bitcoins coming to me.

I need to get them into dollars, with the fewest steps possible, but in a secure manner. I then need to get the dollars from the exchange to my bank account, or paypal, or dwolla.

Are there exchanges that will give me a BTC address so I can have someone send the payment directly to there exchange, or do I need to have a wallet first?

If so, I'd prefer to have an online wallet.

So, can you suggest services to help me out?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that most of the exchanges will provide you with an address where you can have someone send their payment directly to the exchange so you don't need a wallet if you trust the exchange and don't want one.
