Been talking to this guy in PM, he is forcing me to send first and keeps reducing the amounts hoping I will say yes because paypal can Charge back, I told him we can use an escrow and he keeps ignoring the request for an escrow.

Escrow wouldn't take away the risk of the other guy chargingback unless both parties are willing to wait for 180 days before releasing it. Deal only with trusted member of the community when using reversible currency.

They have been acting suspect since the minute they arrived to the forum and are consistently trying to transact suspicious deals for suspicious reasons. If you have a brain, don't even waste your time talking to this guy.

If he is not willing to accept escrow and he wants you to send Paypal first then it is just going to turn into a headache for you because he'll try to buy some time about why he can't send the BTC while he tries to withdraw your Paypal funds... Or something else that'll be just as annoying to deal with.
