Just need someone with some start up funds for the following things:

- Domain & Hosting: This shouldn't be more than $15 a year hopefully.

- Signature campaign & advertising (not exactly needed but could be helpful)

- Money for payouts.

I would have used my own money but PayPal limited my account and there went $2,000.
