Since when has the Bitcoin foundation done anything productive? Last I checked they paid the core devs, but then they even left. What do they even do now? I don't think people will care if the Bitcoin Foundation goes away, and it certainly won't have an effect on much. Although I suppose mainstream media will be all over it about how "Bitcoin is dead" since the Bitcoin foundation will have just stopped.
Today, all the money goes to help get Brock's projects going. It is really an umbrella to help his personal investment interests.
