Maybe you can take advantage of the social media like facebook and twitter, you can share it among your friends so it can spread and be known everywhere. Or maybe you can assign some people to promote the products.

Which is the best way to promote products or refferal links? Social media and forums is total shit,no one interested in this.
in my opinion, social media is one of the best ways to promote a project or product because most of the world's population uses social media. so it will be very easy fame if a product is spread through social media like facebook, twitter, instagram etc.

I agree that almost all the people in the world uses social media in order to comunicate for their loved ones and to enjoy or have fun also , because social media platforms like facebook do now have a games and apps that can keep you busy for a day or whenever you have a spare time.

But in terms of advertising , i dont think it is a good idea because people who uses social media the most are not actually interested to any other technical stuff or investment business such as crypto currency or any other ico's.

depends what are you promoting. but overall. i`ve had positive experience using paid advertisement. adnetworks can make a good traffic. social media campaigns requires a lot of effort to be successful. boards can be good too. but theres a thin line beetween spam and promotion.
