0. (optional) prepare your item to sell.
1. wait for enough orders.
2. buyers put their fund to escrow.
3. take partial fund from buyers given.
4. send fund to wholesaler, take the item.
5. such piles of item, many addresses to write, so busy.
6. send them to buyers via post office.
7. give them a tracking code, till the item arrives.
8. profit!

although no black Friday in Hong Kong, i could just gain enough orders and reach the competitive price (meaning will need a lot of orders in order to get bulk price).
just treat it as a joke, there are no advertisement involved.

just what i can do to deal with BBF, no black Friday around Hong Kong.

What exactly are we talking about here? There is a plan in place, however there is nothing mentioned what is for sale or what is going to be for sale.  Black Friday is nothing but a joke anymore.  All the stores hold the sales past Friday and they all start on Thursday anyway.

i have my stuff to sell and already on.
i am not advertising, but look at my sign, almost none of the order request as you can see.
though i have set the price already.

Smart shoppers know BF is only slightly better than most other times of the year.  It's a great time for retailers to dump excess crap inventory in hopes consumers would be scared off by insane return lines and horrible return policies to just keep from returning junk.
