Looking for a banner. I will pay $3 in BTC to the winner. Last time I did a contest, I had the trust of some users so I didn't have to use an escrow but If you need an escrow let me know.

This banner is for a website that offers jackpots to the winners.

The banner must have equal sizes and must be in the shape of a square or a circle. It should be view able (center of attention) as it will be the first thing the users will see on that page for the game. I might have to contact the winner again if the image doesn't fit the website and request a resize.

It must say the following:

Choose a number between 0-100 and hit the super pot!

Prize is $3 in BTC.

can you give us more informations like your name and link of your website  
your logo, colors ..

for example :
- Banner size 728*60. 468*60 ....etc
- Colors : red, green, blue, yellow ….. or #FF0066 , #81D339 , #00AFF0 ...
- Image / logo :  location link logo
- Website : url  ( www.bitcointalk.org )
- Texts : up to 5 or 6 text
                 Example : 1- the best BTC community
                                    2 - online earning  opportunities
                                    3 - best bitcoin invesements
                                    4 – minimum payout 2$
                                    5 - jackpots
... etc

Anyone who is serious with graphics design isn't even going to consider taking you up on this offer... The reasons are listed below:

A: The price for the work is nothing.. Not even worth booting up illustrator for.
B: You don't even know what you want. Your description is so vague that you'd have to be a mind reader to know what you want.
C: No name for the site listed or anything.. This is scammy as shit in my opinion. If you want to design a site you may as well offer up its name.

In closing, I would advise any designer to either further inquire as to what this user actually wants.. or avoid wasting your time altogether.

You should also give the exact sizes of the banner (width x height) since banners can't be just re-sized without getting some distortion that results in loss of quality and pixels.
