I bought one item in Ebay but the item isn't delivered. But the tracking showing as its delivered. So i need some one who can help me with the claim. Need some one who is experienced in the process so i can get my money back. Will pay some BTC who helps me. Sent me a PM or post here.

where you live? EU? USA?
Because sometimes it could be a problem of delivery system, or another one make a signature in the receipt ….
I think is not a problem with the seller, but with shipping service… try to contact first the service and see what happens.
I have got several claim (1% so far for 1000 and more transaction)…. maybe I can give you some tips!

I live in US. Its shipped through USPS, contacted them and no response from them yet. So i doubt if i delay then they may release the fund to the seller. I have sent you a PM.

Did you purchase with a credit card? PayPal? If it's PayPal I have lots of experience dealing with them. The seller most likely had insurance on the package so if it didn't arrive (or went to the wrong address) it could be covered. Also PayPal will pretty much refund you at the drop of a hat. I've had times where something was sent from China it was the 44th day and I got a refund.

Your best bet is to open a claim NOW with PayPal or your credit card and if it happens to show up (doubtful) great, you just cancel it. If it still doesn't show up or you've already waited 3 business days or so since it said it was delivered you need to escalate this. Let me know what you used and I can help (if you still need help)
