Hi,

I am in the process of acquiring assets of a popular Bitcoin exchange. It shut down earlier this year due to lack of operational funds. The service had a great reputation and media support but without a marketing budget - liquidity on the platform was a issue.

I certainly don't have the time to operate a exchange, so this post is for someone here who might have the time and resources to run their own exchange.

Can't reveal the name publicly (just yet) due to NDA restrictions.

Assets are:

● Website
  ○ Branded exchange with domain and complete design package.
  ○ Platform allows traders to buy & sell many types of digital coins using traditional fiat currencies.
  ○ High speed trading engine with all the top account features expected from a quality exchange (detailed list can be provided).

● Customers: 6200+ registered traders

● Status: Trading halted

● Technical
  ○ Trade Public/Private API
  ○ Stack: PHP - Javascript - MogoDB
  ○ Trader dashboard
  ○ Admin panel
  ○ Social media accounts 6000 Followers (real)

Listening to offers.. throw a number!

Why has the exchange been shut down when it was running that well? You are a brand new member here on bitcointalk and I dont really believe that you own a bitcoin exhange - unless you prove it by telling us the name if the exchange.

Although popular but it shut down because it couldn't gain momentum with market makers and lack of volume.

This is a tricky one, I can't publicly shout the name out or use my actual account. But think about it why do I need to make this post and waste my (and other people's) time. I can reveal more info in private and message from my old account if interested as long as there is a promise of discretion.

Hope you understand.
