I became aware of Netcoin through the inane postings by Michael "Terrik" Winterdink of the Netcoin development team (10+ years as a gamer !), and the delusional ravings of Leroy "cyberpinoy" Fodor of StakeMiners.

Is anyone using this coin, or is it just another shitcoin getting thrown on Fodor's shitpile ?

Never heard of it.

Remember these coins (you may know them):
BTC
ETH
NXT
IOTA

Everything else on bitcointalk is a smoldering pile of garbage.  Avoid them.

I'd say that NXT has forked too many times and it's community is just too spread out nowadays, there is no sense of community.
I agree that there are a lot of shitcoins around nowadays, the new coins out are pretty much 90% pumper dumps.

Hi there, I'm from South Africa.
This means I'm poor, I guess.

Netcoin is 86 places below bitcoin in terms or market cap today. Its market cap is $229,121, and uts been selling at $0.000416. Its volume of trades today is $45, so it's not a particularly popular coin now. Looking at its history it used to be a top coin with high trade volume, and there have been a few pumps since then. The same can be said of most of the top 100 coins though.

Maybe it's dead, or maybe it will have another pump in the future, nobody knows.
