If you are talking about Bitcoin Core, you can go here and help translate:

https://www.transifex.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/

It looks like the Russian translation is about 78% complete.

Click the "HELP TRANSLATE 'bitcoin'" and sign up.  Unfortunately my Russian is now very rusty or I'd help.

Based on a google translation of his other post in the Russian language sub-forum, it sounds like he's talking about a server for some game he likes to play.  He mentions that the game has servers in:

  • Berlin, Germany
  • São Paulo, Brazil
  • Cape Town, South Africa
  • New York, USA
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Syndey, Australia

His final sentence seems to translate as:

"At the moment, Russia can only play at the Berlin server. (Green dot lights up there and I was able to play only there)."

As such, he seems confused about what this forum is for, and probably needs to look elsewhere for the help he wants.
