I was wondering if anyone here knows how or where I can buy some Bitcoin with an Australian
bank account or through debit.

Also please let me know if the site you give me has a good reputation or not.

http://btcmarkets.net/   - One of the larger Australian exchanges. I done some transactions with them seem pretty good.

My Bank is the CommonWealth bank of Australia if that helps at all, circle doesn't seem to allow it for me.

I am also with commonwealth i use https://www.coinjar.com/
can b-pay up to $2500 per day and it normaly takes around 3 days
you can also set up attached bank account so you can put the bitcoin back into your bank
if you aint using it anymore
