 Can my bitcointalk account be compromised if i login from tor browser?
 For example if i'm connected to BTC e through tor browser?

If you use strong passwords and don't have malware on your computer, then no. Given those, you can use any browser and you won't be compromised. Tor only provides anonymity, not security.

Does Btc-e have a tor (.onion) address or are you just accessing their clearnet site via tor?
I would be surprised if they had a real tor address.

Yes, it can be compromised, if you log through TOR browser. You must check through Google - safe TOR nodes, and then adjust your TOR browser.  Grin
