As a new Bitcoin user one can get overwhelmed with the amount of different bitcoin exchanges available. We decided to create a chart and compare some of the top exchanges in the market. The exchanges are ranked based on a combination of a few key factors: liquidity, trading volume, information required to start trading, fees, and exchange features.

I'm not sure if you are still taking suggestions because I told you last time to add few more things but you didn't ... but well it's your choice I suppose .
So for what comes to BTC-E It's from Russia according to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BTC-e also adding Huobi & BTCC would be good since they are have huge trading volume according to the one you listed .

according to the wiki page you linked: Neither the names of the management, the name of the company nor the jurisdiction of incorporation are known.

Even thought support is in russian doesn't mean that the exchange is in Russia it is known in the bitcoin community the btc-e is anonymous. I will definitely add Huobi, not sure how I forgot that, thanks for the suggestion.

I didn't say it's from russia because of their support . It says clearly that the Headquarters is on Russia so it's probably that they started from there .
