Accepting Paypal From Someone Reputable?

I do trades with others mostly who play poker etc.  I know paypal and chase quickpay are reversible.  However, if you do these trades with someone very reputable, is that enough for most of you?  Similar to like trading your bitcoin for their chase quickpay or paypal?  I do know paypal is easily reversible and i believe its even more easier than chase QP.  First off is that is true or both are easily reversible the same?


I also heard of ppl who would do transactions with others that are reputable for a long time but then later on they might change and do reversal.  First off, has anyone had that done before?    Such that oh this person might been very reputable with you for so long but then they start doing reverse etc.



Is there anyone here that exchange funds for paypal or chase quickpay and not know the other person personally as know them in real person?  With online poker, most ppl i deal with online but i do know certain ppl are very reputable so to me, i think accepting those funds from them would be fine?

There are so many factors involved that only a lawyer could really advise you with a definitive answer, and that would most likely be: Paypal can do whatever their terms and conditions stipulate and that means shutting your account at any time if you make a big enough dot on the radar and don't have the blessings of government finance departments.

Digital and physical object transactions were split into distinct categories quite a few years ago. Digital goods receive less protection for the receiving party because the internet is inherently open to more fraud of all types. Then there is the whole other separate question of how you are paying taxes on those funds transferring through your paypal and bank accounts.

In general, trading with Hero & Legendary accounts is safer than trading with lower members because it takes a lot of effort to reach those levels. You can still buy such accounts on these very forums so it's not a foolproof indicator. It is harder for people to dispute payments after 3-6 months but in exceptional circumstances it can happen.
