I placed an withdrawal order on Sunday and the money was deposited in my account today.
And today i placed and order and still showing "3 hours ago"
Why the deposits are taking much time now. Earlier i used it sometime but transaction was completed in half or 1 hour.
But now its taking too long.
Is coinsecure getting hell lot of orders now ? Wink

And yes i think there is problem with notifications that are displayed in timeline.
I received a withdrawal notification and it was captioned with 8 hours ago.But i received the notification long after making that transaction.

Fixing the deposit and withdrawal delays, we are adding on to the team for compliance and banking.
Would be very cool to get back to 1-2 hr deposits and withdrawals.
Should happen by the start of Jan.

You should receive multiple notifications when a withdrawal is made.
The first one happens when the request is initiated, the next happens on verification and the final one happens when the payment is completed.
Is this what you are mentioning or is there a bug that I have not picked up as yet?

Let me explain it by an example.
At 3 PM i requested money to be deposited to my bank.
Then i got notification at 3 PM:
Quote
Trade Engine INR Withdrawal
Your request has been passed to the Banking Engine. Your message was: Send INR to

Then after 8 hours i got another notification:
Quote
Completed INR Withdrawal
The Bank Transaction ID is NEFT. This request was initiated 8 hours ago.

Now the time written on second notification should be 11 PM because this notification came at 11 PM.
But that notification was showing 8 hours ago.Its means this notification was generated by the server at 3 PM but it was delayed and shown in my timeline at 11 PM.
