Looking or a proxy service offering a large number of proxies

Can you recommend any HTTP/ SOCKS5 proxy service offering a large number of servers with a good response time? Speed is unimportant, daily traffic for each won't exceed 1 MB and they don't have to offer 99+% uptime or so.

I am using reverseproxies.com since june and I am very pleased with their proxy pool and response time. Never had any problem and their support is great.

Might be good, however the 10 Min IP Rotation isn't what I'm looking for. I need e. g. to use 1 IP 5x in 30s, then another 5x in a minute, etc. or it might also be 1 IP at a time in 10s intervals.

I've used HappyProxy for a project in the past, it's free and they also have a simple API.
