Assets worth to invest in?

Searching for assets which are worth to invest in. I mean assets which price keeps stable and which pay constant dividends.
I have invested in some NXT assets. This is actually the only framework with asset feature I am familiar with.
Therefore I would like to know if there are other platforms like Counterparty or Bitshare which having interesting assets you could recommend to make an investment.
