-Received a reply back from this joker around 5:45 my time and it is around 8:15
-Says he will take PP and then refunds my money stating he does not want to wait 21 days for payment to clear
-Sends me another PP address to send money to and says he will wait if needed or he will send me the codes until I can get BTC
-2nd Payment sent and he does not send the code and goes offline...
-Refund again
-Have 2 transactions waiting to be processed and my money is tied up...
