I sent .0159 btc using localbitcoins.com wallet and it isn't even on the blockchain it's been like 40 mins?? What do I do?

Several options:

1. Wait.
2. Check a different block explorer since blockchain.info may not be accurate
3. Provide a tx id so people can look to help.

It was confirmed the minute it got in:

Included In Blocks     390010 ( 2015-12-24 20:53:01 + 0 minutes )

I think it was (is?) a problem with blockchain, I saw some others reporting similar issues yesterday, the wallets were not getting updated, if the problem persists OP the best thing you can do is make a back-up of your wallet (if you haven't already) and then just import the keys of the address containing the funds and transfer it to another wallet.
