I 2nd the idea of ubuntu on a live cd. I use it on an old notebook with no HD and it never goes online. i grabbed the html from a paper addy site, verified the html is correct via md5 and saved it to a thumb drive. i print to a laser on 20 lb high quality paper, then laminate that.

You can't trust to hot wallet or even exchange site for make/storing your bitcoin to your paper wallet, like people said above me, it possibility if effects malware/malicious.
Use cold wallet to create it. Read this: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Paper_wallet

This is what I do -

https://github.com/AliceWonderMiscreations/ColdAddress

It's not for everyone. However it works well for me.

OK thanks, I will go check this out.

dont use this unless you know how to code and are going to change the variables before running EG salt

And it gives you a big fat warning if you don't change the salt, and it refuses to run if the salt is not long with a large number of distinct characters.

I hereby reserve the right to sometimes be wrong
