 It's abysmal.

 Returning back to Dallas after a trip and decided to play some Hearthstone while up in the air.

I've played steam games with 1k ping... It wasn't that laggy tbh.

I've played steam games with 1k ping... It wasn't that laggy tbh.

Banned on many CS / CSS servers before ? LOL

My upload speed i tested a few times last couple months at the same place (Seattle server)
Was about 0.32 upload every time i test (i think it's suppose to be 0.50)
And my Download speed keeps coming back at 12.5 MB but it's suppose to be 15 MB  Roll Eyes

EDIT:
Ok maybe mine was still better ..your pic says MegaBits Wink
here is my saved info from a couple week sago..

Download Speed: 12211 kbps (1526.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 365 kbps (45.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

Notice it says Kilo BYTES ..not Bits.

So yeah holy shit i guess that is pretty damn slow LOL
