Just curious, you may want to sell higher than the exchange price but why would any buyer be interested in doing that? Surely they will only wanted the best, market traded price.

I'm surprise you do not want to trade it on exchange because you want to sell higher,then who is your target buyer when people can get it much cheaper on exchange and safe people who bypass exchange are usually holders who wants to sell cheaper and wants it fast..
