HOW TO CONVERT AN ALTCOIN WITH X11 ALGO ~TO~ SHA256 ALGO? PLEASE HELP ! ! !

Hello! Im trying to learn how the Algos work in cryptocurrencies. I have seen a lot of Algos (x11, x13, x15, scrypt, sha256 ...).
I know that all the Xs Algo have been converted from sha256 algo - now my learning is How can I do the reverse?
I mean to convert an Altcoin like XCurrency or Darkcoin or SyncCoin with x11 algo ~to~ sha256 algo?
If anyone is experienced in these algos, please help me with the procedure. Thanks!
